A scientifically based Slow-Motion, High-Intensity Strength Program. Proven to build muscle, reduce bone loss, jump start metabolism, lower blood pressure and more! Vital 21 Workouts are private, one-on-one sessions eliminating unnecessary hours spent in the gym. This allows more time for fun activities you really enjoy, helping you perform with better movement, strength and endurance!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Scheduled sessions may be cancelled within 24 hours’ notice via the Vital 21 Workout online calendar, or directly to the trainer. If notice of cancelation for a scheduled session is not received before 24 hours prior to a scheduled session, the client agrees to pay the full amount that would have been due had the scheduled session taken place. I acknowledge there are alternative options available to reschedule (within protocol guidelines) to replace a missed session with one of the alternative options, provided it is rescheduled and completed within the same week of, or within seven (7) days of the missed session.
