Vital 21 Workouts are private, one-on-one sessions eliminating unnecessary hours spent in the gym. This allows more time for fun activities you really enjoy, helping you perform with better movement, strength and endurance!

At Vital 21 Workout, we custom tailor your workout program based on your personal needs and goals. We set each machine specifically for you in advance and train only 1-on -1 in our private studio, without distraction. We track the details of every exercise performed. And do it all in half the time of a typical workout!

PERSONAL STRENGTH COACH

Most of my life I have worked just to make a living, build a future and be what I thought I was "supposed" to be.  I was not living authentically.  But now I am, and I'm right where

I WANT to be.     


After working most of my life in the corporate world, I decided to follow my passion.

So, in 2015 I became a NASM Certified Fitness Trainer, then obtained both, Corrective Exercise and Slow-Motion Strength training certifications. Two years later I opened Vital 21 Workout, a private studio where I mainly coach Slow-Motion Strength exercises because this method offers so many benefits, in so little time! 

I am thrilled to have my studio and enjoy helping people improve their lives. I help my clients correct or reverse physical challenges. They become stronger, perform and feel better than they had, even after just a few months of training.  I love seeing my clients living fuller, more active lives, being taken off of medications, gaining more confidence and feeling healthier, stronger and happier.

The Slow Motion Strength protocol has proven to me, time and time again, that it is the best workout for mature, active adults, looking to build more strength at a time of life when strength usually lessens.  As an active, competitive and recreational senior athlete myself, I know the challenges we face, but don't let them stop us.  

 

Corrective exercise and strength training, in a private studio, with my experience as both a mature athlete and personal trainer can prove to be the most efficient and effective way to rebuild, rehab and/or prepare for any future athletic or life endeavor.
